OUR ETHICS

At Research Publication Rating and Indexing (RPRI) Services, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and fairness in all our activities. Our ethical guidelines are designed to ensure that our assessment, rating, and indexing processes are conducted with impartiality and respect for all stakeholders.


1. Integrity and Objectivity: We conduct all evaluations and ratings with utmost integrity, ensuring that our assessments are unbiased, accurate, and based solely on the quality and relevance of the content. We avoid any conflicts of interest and disclose any potential biases that might affect our evaluations.
2. Transparency: Our processes and criteria for assessment, rating, and indexing are transparent and publicly available. We provide clear explanations of the methodologies used. We communicate our decisions and the reasoning behind them openly with the journals we evaluate.
3. Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of the information provided to us by journals and other stakeholders. Sensitive information is handled with care and not disclosed without proper authorization. All data and materials submitted for assessment are kept secure and are used solely for the purposes of evaluation.
4. Fairness and Respect: We treat all journals and their representatives with fairness and respect, ensuring that every submission receives an equal opportunity for assessment. We provide constructive feedback aimed at helping journals improve their quality and impact.
5. Accountability: We are accountable for our actions and decisions. Any errors or issues identified in our processes are addressed promptly and transparently. We welcome feedback from journals and stakeholders to continuously improve our standards and practices.

Commitment to Quality: We strive to maintain high standards of excellence in all our activities, continuously updating our criteria and methodologies to reflect the evolving landscape of academic publishing. We promote best practices in journal publishing and encourage adherence to ethical standards across the academic community.
7. Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against journals based on their geographical location, language, or field of study. Our assessments are based solely on the merit and impact of the content. We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in academic publishing.
8. Conflict Resolution: We have clear procedures in place for addressing any disputes or complaints related to our assessments and ratings. All concerns are handled impartially and in a timely manner. Stakeholders are encouraged to contact us with any issues, and we are committed to resolving them fairly and transparently.
9. Board Members Service: At Research Publication Rating and Indexing (RPRI), we are proud to declare that all our board members (advisory and reviewer) serve on a voluntary basis. We are not committed to providing any payment, remuneration, or honoraria for their service.
